Spoke with people at this company to ensure delivery for the 3rd nov but when called to check on the 3rd no memory of this conversation and two very let down children! No fireworks.. So annoyed Will use epic fireworks next time Much more reliable And in response to your lame reply this was ordered in plenty of time in advance and communicated well on the phone. It is not the customers place to leave notes for your packing colleagues.. this is your job.. a conversation was made Epic fireworks much better than galactic I’m afraid

Ordering good, Delivery good. Product faulty and dangerous. I still have the unused rockets that i will not be using. Made a call the day after use of products and was given the Head office number to contact. I have not made contact with the Head office as yet and most prob will not bother. I am sure that they would rectify the situation if i were to pursue the matter.
