customer service was perfect and extremely helpful, I spoke to Kyle on the phone. the videos of each firework are a great help when selecting a display and fireworks more than lived up to my and everyones expectations. will be buying again as soon as I can justify lol. reccomeended them to everyone ive spoken to since.

The customer service was fantastic & very helpful to get my order to me at very short notice. They’ve always been brilliant with me every year since I’ve been using them. The fireworks have always been great & never failed to amaze.

Good & rockets were fantastic but the box didn’t have a slow burning lighter so had to carefully use a lighter!

Excellent products combined with great customer service. Tried it for the first time this year for Diwali and the fireworks from Galactic made all the difference in making the occasion special. Needed help on combining and amending orders and customer service was great and very accommodating. I also greatly appreciated the video clips for various fireworks. They have a very accurate idea of the products that turned out just like the clips.

The service we had from Galactic Fireworks was absolutely brilliant, They kept us well informed as to when the delivery would arrive and it came in super, quick time. The fireworks were excellent and everyone agreed it was a magnificent display.

Fast delivery, quality fireworks as expected. Bit pricey though. But i suppose thats what you pay for a good service.

Fireworks were good for the money especially tequila slammer, my only critisism is the delivery charge 30.00 is a joke i thought they would be delivered cearfully based on the product but no instead a guy turned up in an overweight sprinter where the fireworks were shoehorned in , i would not be driving that.

Can’t fault these guys.Fantastic website that lets you see what you get before you buy. Delivery is down to a tee as well.
