The customer service is commendable, and my order arrived in good condition, though I did wish for more flexibility in choosing a delivery date, as any changes can incur extra costs. Awesome quality product and the Vegas crate was incredible value for the display it gave. It’s a measure of a business on how they respond when things don’t go completely right and one of the rockets arrived slightly damaged. I mailed on a Saturday morning to question if it was still ok to use and got a response within minutes. Not only was it fine to use, which was the outcome I was asking about, but as a goodwill gesture was given a credit. Didn’t need to do that but Ash insisted. Brilliant customer service doesn’t go unnoticed and this has secured my custom whenever I need to buy more. Thank you.

Silent fireworks weren’t as silent as we expected. One had a loud whistle
