I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Phil and Steve who offered an outstanding service in opening up and lining a previously sealed chimney. They were a pleasure to have at our house and their careful refurbishment and installation of a large, antique marble fireplace was done with genuine skill and attention to detail for which we are extremely grateful. Outstanding.

It was great to see Phil again. He installed our wood burners and we make sure he comes back every year for their annual maintenance check. Phil works to the highest standards, everywhere is left clean and tidy and the stoves look fantastic when he’s finished. He’s a top bloke, too, with some cracking stories. Highly recommended.

Phil did a great job of checking and cleaning our chimney and wood burner. He covered the carpet and left the room clean. Payment is made online and we received an insurance certificate. We also get an automated reminder when it’s due to be done. Great service.

Great service. Phil has kept our wood burner working great over the years with annual maintenance. He recently installed a new flue liner, plate and stove for us and all the work was carried out to a high standard and the finished result looks and works great.
