Absolutely love!

Some of the questions on the quiz are a bit misleading in my opinion. Like the one on the Code of Ethics which asked if the agent needed to do more than she did when leaving the home. The scenario didn't say that the occupants where at home when she left. Therefore, I chose that she had done all the correct things when leaving the home. Of course, one tells an occupant goodbye, but the occupants where not there as far as I could tell by your scenario.

This was a really great intro to social media. My only complaint was the timer , I am a fast reader so waiting for the countdown did annoy me but overall was not bad.

Going through the material at my pace and going back to review it made it fantastic. The ongoing tests, quizzes , and practice final tests are awesome. I also very much enjoyed the real life scenarios and tips offered in the videos. Very very good and highly recommended

"On my time" ability made it easier to work into my schedule. Format was good.

Very good repetitive understand and show USA traditions .

There is no way this company is ranked almost 5 stars. The program is not that great at all. There are typos and misinformation all over the course the tests. I emailed several specific questions to them to answer as they promised to answer all of my questions but they just copy the text and send it to you and ignore any follow up questions. Ask for examples, they just copy the book again. Customer service people are near impossible to understand their English is severely broken. Took forever for me to pass thier test and when I did, Pennsylvania said they never gave them my information. Talked to the PA real estate commisison and they said they recieve complaints about this company all the time. Awful experience.
