Seems easy and straightforward throughout the course. I currently just finished level one in the first principles 1 course and so far so good.

Loved the videos, facts of a feather, course quizzes, and fill in the blanks. Also loved the hints of what will likely be on the real estate exam and repetition of important facts. However, what I think can be improved on are the national and state exam practice tests. In the review it state that there are "160 total questions that you might see the licensing exam with unlimited attempts." After taking both categories of the practice exams, I feel that I am not seeing all of the 160 sample questions. I feel that each time I retry the practice exams, there are about the same 20-40 questions that repeats itself with only a few new questions introduced that were not on the last exam. Maybe there is a better way to randomize the exam questions for more variety within the 160 questions.

I'm using the practice tests to prepare for the State and National exams. I like the way that I'm able to take multiple versions and they are very helpful.

This is one of the best courses I have taken. Easy to follow and puts everything in real life situation. Great job!!

Some of the video material is unnecessarily long. While I understand they are trying to make the material relatable. More often than not for me it's distracting. Personally I'd rather just cut to the chase

Went through their 6 Texas real estate courses and many of their practice tests. Took the real exam after achieving consistent scores in the 90s. Be warned, the practice test questions were nothing like the exam! To be fair, I don’t know if other companies are any better; but I’d think that the testing service company might have practice tests more representative than Aceable’s. The results of the state exams are simply pass or fail so can’t tell how well or poorly I did. Fortunately I did well enough.

I have really enjoyed these courses! The material is easy to understand and the mini quizzes/games are super helpful! I have already passed my first course on my first try! They offer so much helpful information that if you take advantage of, it will help you ace the exam!

Great you can learn fast and easy

I was able to learn and take the class wherever I was. I liked it took me back to where I left off each time. The fact of a feather, and practice test. And the huge fact that it reads to you so you can read at same time.

This course is AWESOME. They explain everything in a way that I fully understand, and even when a topic is tricky to comprehend, they go over it in multiple fashions so that you truly grasp the concept. They are also FUNNY! I wasn't expecting that, so that is a nice little added bonus to keep me engaged and chuckling as I learn. :) I'm excited to continue on this course and I love all that I am learning. While I did believe there were many topics that were repetitive and unnecessary to go over them again. It was a good review. I learned a lot but still not comfortable with some areas, I need to study hard in order to be able to pass my exam the first try
