The format is very easy to understand and they send your credit to TREC ASAP.

I dislike the testing company used. There seems to always be a huge wait time from the time scheduled until the time I can actually begin the exam. Also, it’s a non American country call center and observers who are not very friendly. The issues are very stressful and it really discourages me to continue this program.

I like how I can study at anytime and on any divice. I like that I can pick up where I left off. It is learning at my conveniece.

Just finished level 1 - I love this engaging learning style. I'm actually laughing at the little jokes and enjoying the process. Aced my first exam!

So far so good. The bot reads to you and makes things easy to understand.

I loved that I could listen to the lectures while I was driving, the mini-quizzes to ensure I was grasping the, material, study guides, everything! I had tried another company twice and twice was unmotivated and the course was boring with the same material presented, but just in text.

Curriculum adds humor and videos to otherwise dry material.

The information was conveyed in multiple formats for various learning styles - ie. read aloud, read at your own pace, videos by experts and content check in quizzes along the way. Most important info was bold. I passed all tests first time which meant to me that the learning was efficient. This method is approachable and less stressful than other courses I've done. So much so I completed it all 3 months before the deadline - that's a first!

I had used other courses before, but this is the best I ever took. Very clean and simple. Thank you
