Ordered on the 28th via ebay, delivered first thing in the morning of 30th – Amazing. Well packaged, looks great (not fitted yet) and an excellent price – I’ve seen second hand units at twice the price when I was searching on ebay, great value for money. Ordered something from Bison via eBay. The item got lost in transit but Bison sorted it immediately and the part was delivered very quickly. Their communication and customer service is brilliant.

Order received with one missing item but as soon as I messaged the seller they apologized and sent the part out straight away. Great to deal with and these things happen and it was dealt with which was great customer service. That's the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars but I'd happily buy from this seller again as they were great to deal with and good quality products.

Dont trust whatever they say on the phone. Unless you order by email they don't stand by anything they say. My part was delivered to the wrong person and I didn't get it till after there 28 day return policy ended, the part didn't end up fitting and when I asked to return it they said that it was over the days and also they don't do returns on ordered in parts. I specifically asked when ordering the part on the phone whether it was returnable and was told it was. Not to mention the reason it was over the 28 days because they sent it to a different person's name at my address not mine!

Normally they answer questions quickly but I sent in a multipoint question and the answer was mixed. Some parts not answered, some parts the reply wasn't helpful. Normally you get a complete answer but this time I had to reply with follow up questions. Maybe I hit a rushed agent, maybe they answer quick as possible, or number per day and mine required more effort to understand. Many thanks for the reply, it is probably my lack of knowledge and vagueness but this time I went elsewhere.

They advertise the right part but they send something different. Apparently it was a mistake but has cost me £300. There are other sellers with better quality parts and they send the correct one. I will not buy from this company again. September 21, absolutely rubbish reply. No customer service whatsoever and no integrity. Do not purchase from these clowns unless you want a rubbish part or something that doesn't fit.

Parts ordered and delivered Quickly like always, but on this order a mirror arm replacement For one of my lorries didn't adjust correctly and had to be removed and sent back for refund. 5 weeks on and no refund. Bison parts have stated that until their supplier refunds them I will not get my refund. I have never known an online seller to operate like this before. Such a shame but as there are lots of firms selling the same things I’ll move on to another supplier for future orders.

Ordered a replacement door handle for Renault traffic. The part was sent promptly and was the right part. Unfortunately it broke at the pivot point of the handle within five days. Clearly the plastic quality of this particular part is poor. I did understand it was not a genuine Renault part but thought it would give better service than a few days. I managed to use the handle part of the original which has been on over ten years and the inner workings of the new unit to make up a working handle from the two.
