Great quality of Customer Service support! They fulfilled their commitment made last year when I have reported the issue with the website that prevented me to do the purchase. Indeed was Karine who was responsible since the beginning for taking care about my request and made the commitment offering a commercial gesture on my next purchase. I appreciate very much her great support and quickest and wise action. She did today this great commercial gesture and fully compensate the inconvenience I had on 2024 and today I made a new order.

No tenían el casco que yo quería, aunque lo ofertaban en la página,me ofrecieron uno algo superior manteniéndome el precio por el error.

Stay away from this shop!! Lack of professionalism, costumer service practically doesn't exist. I ordered a Top Case rack for a Yamaha FZ1 and they sent one for a completely different model, for Yamaha MT- 03. I tried to contact costumer service via email, WhatsApp several times without any success. Finally I succeeded via phone about changing the product for the right one, than they discovered that it's not in stock. At the time of the purchase it was indicated as "available" on their website. WTF?? They promised to pick up the wrong item and refund the money but nobody showed up at the appointed time. It's been a month since, but nothing happened so far. I wrote several messages , emails, without any answers. I do NOT recommend this shop at all! Fique longe desta loja!! Falta de profissionalismo, o atendimento ao cliente praticamente não existe. Comprei um suporte para Top Case para uma Yamaha FZ1 e me enviaram um para um modelo completamente diferente, uma Yamaha MT-03. Tentei entrar em contato com o atendimento ao cliente por e-mail e WhatsApp várias vezes, sem sucesso. Finalmente consegui falar por telefone sobre a troca do produto pelo correto, mas então descobriram que não tinham em estoque. No momento da compra, o site indicava que o item estava "disponível". WTF?? Prometeram recolher o item errado e reembolsar o dinheiro, mas ninguém apareceu no horário combinado. Já faz um mês e nada aconteceu até agora. Escrevi várias mensagens e e-mails, mas não obtive resposta. NÃO recomendo esta loja de jeito nenhum!
