Rail Models great service was, on this occasion, let down by the Royal Mails bad service whom took a week to deliver my order!

Haven't started it yet but looks a good build, with comprehensive build instructions plus advice on painting, with parts identified and packaged by type. It would be nice if 2 extra end pieces were included to allow the box to be built as either left or right handed, all other parts being common.

Easy to use website fast delivery and the gates look great only downside could do with a few side posts to use them as a single piece but otherwise great

The weighbridge kit I ordered was well detailed and reasonably priced. It was also promptly mailed out. Rail Model's level of service is exceptional - they're happy to make adjustments to their kits and provide replacement parts, if required. I highly recommend them.

Engine shed ordered and recieved with efficentcy. And enquirery about the possibily of producing a signal box that is not currently listed was not out of the question.

So I've paid for the on line version however when I'm trying to read it it keeps coming up and stopping me half way through saying I need to sign in to my account to read the rest. The kit was delivered promptly and was very qell packed. Upon opening the parts were all well labeled and packed in seperate bags,a real plus. The instructions were detailed,comprehensive and easy to follow. Now all i need is the skill to build it!
