The Dream On has definite improved my sleep. Im making up less frequently abs getting into a deeper sleep

My order arrived promptly and is a second order of Dream on which has been a revelation to my sleep pattern and I would highly recommend to anyone like myself who was waking every night at 1 to 2am and then not being able to go back to sleep. This product has literally changed my life. I’m not a morning person but this week before the school run I have found myself dancing around the kitchen and singing to my children (to their horror!). Pricey but high dosages in formula that cause headaches... Pretty decent quality but headache prone give pass. The high dosage of Alpha GPC, caffeine and Ginkgo comes on very strong with head rush headaches as a result even when you take just two pills. I guess the pretty high price is reflection of the high dosage. I think its made for hardcore athletes that are all workout rage.

Debating ordering the instant or filter coffee..after contacting customer services they provided me with some very helpful advise. Love their products!

Very good tablets that’s given me increased energy within the matter of a few days! They’re easy to swallow and the sleeping ones have definitely made me get a more deep sleep.
