I needed an extractor shipped out to Oahu, Hawaii. Emailed customer service for a quote since they don’t usually ship here. They got back to me quickly. My order had some issues and was canceled. When I contacted the Unoclean about the canceled order they were quick to help me get the order going again. The customer service agent personally made sure the item was shipped the next business day. I will be buying from Unoclean again.

Order arrived a bit late but not the seller’s fault. It was the Christmas rush so got to thank the delivery people for working so hard to deliver packages during this Season. I was getting tired of my garbage bag falling down and not staying in place so I order a couple of these Band It bands and couldn’t be happier! These bands solved my issue. Love them!

I was very impressed with this product it doesn't have a smell, I used it in 3 bedrooms and the family room, I did them all by myself and it works very well, I do recommend to use the degreaser as well, you will be happy you did.
