Learn what a ship to and bill to are, they wouldn't ship to me because mine are different. Never heard of that, lost my businesss.

The company website touted free shipping. When I got charged shipping, I emailed customer service who indicated it was only on certain items. This was a bit deceiving and cost time and an extra step in ordering. I should have called in my order instead of trying to save time by ordering online! I will say that customer service was very prompt at getting back to me.
