Great service and product

I've had two experiences with D'Angelico Guitars - a guitar purchase and an order for a strap and picks from their store. First the guitar - I was blown away when I de-boxed it...absolutely beautiful and flawless. The overall quality of the guitar - the fit, the finish, and the hardware were immaculate. I previously purchased, was disappointed, and retuned another brand's top of the line hollow-body jazz box. The competitor's box cost significantly more that the D'Angelico DC LE and didn't have the beautiful headstock or mop and abalone fret markers the DC LE. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the D'Angelico offerings - beautiful guitars that look, play and sound terrific. Now the online store purchase - ordered the 10 pack of picks and a strap - got a few more picks that I ordered and expected...a nice surprise...and the strap was exactly what I hoped for - nice look and feel. I am delighted with D'Angelico, if you are in the market for high quality guitar at a reasonable price - check out the D'Angelico line. You won't be disappointed. My only beef - their guitars should come with a warning: WARNING: ONCE THIS INSTRUMENT IS PICKED UP, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PUT IT DOWN. I have no financial interest in D'Angelico.

I got a EX-SS guitar around 7 years ago. Everything has been working really well except for one pickup that suddenly died. Recently I got a replacement for the bridge because mine wasn’t working properly and this new model is amazing! It looks way better, the new design is definitely an improvement, and the intonation is perfect with it.

I love my guitar but when I bought a replacement truss rod cover it did not come with any screws. Now I have to find the correct screws to match, kind of frustrating
