My EXL-1 bought new in ~2014 came with "gold" hardware except for the TRC. So the gold TRC finally came into stock and it was reasonable at $15. However, it is thicker and slightly longer than the original "silver" TRC and wouldn't install properly until I took a file (a really coarse file, I might add) to it, followed by some finishing work with a much finer file. Looks better now, but it certainly wasn't drop in place and tighten a couple of screws, which is what I expected.

No response at all from D’angelico after 1 week and half I still have able to hack the shipping system and have my order to Canada, but no one has ever considered contacting me or just confirm my order, nice stuff fast shipping but customer service is very bad.

Beautiful guitar in all ways: finish, build quality, neck feel, responsive electronics, good tuners. One caveat: the frets were a bit off and choked when lowering the action so I had to take it to a local luthier to fix the problem. I may opt for a Plek setup. That is something you should consider as an extra cost option. I know Sweetwater, from whom I purchased the guitar, offers it as an option. Overall a great piece of musical equipment and a name I have always wanted to include in my harem.

The D'Angelico Premier Bowery Vintage Natural is an outstanding beautiful acoustic electric guitar. It stays in tune and the neck is smooth and fast. I highly recommend the guitar.

I ordered a part for my Supro amplifier and the wrong part was sent. I contacted the co. and a new part was sent out to me solving my problem!

The leather guitar strap is wonderful. Incredibly comfortable and beautiful to look at as well. Shipping was very fast. I love my D’Angelico guitars as well. Everything is top notch. Keep up the great work.

I gave you a 4-out-of-5 stars rating, because you had sent a discount "coupon" to me in an E-mail — that DIDN'T WORK when I finally bought an "accessory" (namely, a guitar case) at your website.

Customer service doesn't answer the phone and doesn't return calls. They don't even answer emails. I need a part for my Excel59, and cant get D'Angelico to address my needs.. I have tried several times to contact by email and telephone. They make awesome guitars, but someone at customer service needs to be fired.

The only available case specifically for my Bedford Premier! Excellent quality…I wanted to crawl inside the lining it is so furry and soft! Then I put on my D’Angelico shirt and I need to order more. Perfect fit, soft comfy material. I couldn’t ask for more. Great stuff delivered fast, what more do you want?
