Great service, kept informed of situation all the way through the repair and upgrade to my Dell laptop which they initially did an accurate diagnostic of and fixed a screen issue with a new cable. They did a really good job and at the same time at my request did a clean reinstall of the operating system & an upgrade of the memory and transferring of data from original drive together with a new CD drive which was not functioning and which I requested 'late in the day' however they were really helpful. The laptop is now better than ever and is really 'fast' and all for a reasonable price without any issues / fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for compter repairs / upgrades and they are certainly trustworthy which is so beneficial in today's world.
