Had a brilliant service today to purchase a bed and mattress Brandon was really professional and knowledgeable, keep up the good work

We wanted 2 new mattresses for our adjustable bed, we couldn't get a lot of information from our local large store, I found The M6 Bed Warehouse when I entered a search for mattresses. I gave them a ring and spoke to a very helpful man called Louis, I explained my problem, and what type of mattresses we were thinking of, he was very knowledgeable and sent email links to 3 different mattresses from Adjust-a-Bed. We read all the info on the mattresses, made what we thought was a good choice, I phoned Louis and discussed it with him, ordered the mattresses. We waited a short time until they were delivered. The delivery driver was really great, very helpful and polite, our old mattresses were taken away. We can honestly say we have had the best sleep since, which we hadn't had for a long, long time. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and of course Louis.

I've ordered a number of mattresses over the years from M6 beds and I can't rate their service or products highly enough. They always show you the full range of mattresses price wise and never steer you towards the most costly. You don't feel pressured in any way and the staff are so friendly, helpful and efficient. You really don't feel rushed into making a decision and you can spend as long as is needed testing the mattresses. They offer a large range and you can find a superior mattress at a much lower price than their high street equivalents. Waiting times are quick and delivery is super efficient as they take your old mattress away for free. Thank you to all the staff for always making my shopping experience a pleasurable one.

From the minute you walk into the shop until delivery of your bed, and after, the service provided by M6 beds is second to none. The 3 beds we have personally bought from M6 beds are the most comfortable we have ever had. We have recommended M6 beds to family and friends and they have also been thrilled with the quality. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great from start to finish. Huge selection of beds and well priced throughout the shop. Really good brands to chose from. We love our ottoman storage beds we bought very handy for lack of storage space at home.

We purchased from M6 beds a little while back and have to say they were fantastic. The support in the buying process was first class as basically, I thought a bed was just a bed, whereas they are able to advise on things that make a decision really personal around materials, storage, seating positions as well as sleeping and support options. First class team and the delivery and disposal of our old bed really made such a positive difference to the customer experience. Highly recommend them.

Firstly it was our very first visit and with roadworks and diversions we got lost so needed to ring the shop a couple of times and Louis kindly and patiently directed us to the premises. Whatever I expected on arrival at the ‘M6 Bed Warehouse’ it wasn’t what I thought! A beautifully laid out warehouse with more beds and headboards than I could imagine but it also felt cosy and not overwhelming. A family firm, so passionate in what they do with a wealth of experience between them. Louis went through all the different choices for electric beds with us, all having special requirements, trying different mattresses and not rushed or any hard sell. Even mum Denise made us all a hot drink which was much appreciated after getting lost. We are moving into a new house and came away ordering five new beds from Joe who even stopped open later for us which saves us another journey. The two sons who dealt with us Louis and Joe are an absolute credit to the company! Mum Denise so friendly and helped too. We only wish we’d found this company earlier, what with a stunning range of beds and first class customer care it was a pleasure to do business with you all. Edit after delivery… which was done to work around us. Oliver went way and beyond arranging everything. My father being in hospital and us not yet actually moved into our new home. Delivery Guys conversed with me over the telephone and were just fantastic. This company obviously cares about its workers as much as the customers and it just shows in the compassionate way they treat the customers and take pride in their work. Every product I have ever had from M6 beds has been fantastic - this accompanied by the levels of service is why I would shop nowhere else.

Have bought a number of items from M6 over the years and have only praise for them. An excellent selection, reasonable prices, friendly and helpful service and, most of all, a world class after sales service. We have had some problems with a pair of electric beds and Oliver, at M6, has been superb in every in dealing with the issues. Well done.
