While going through bank statements I realised I'd ordered a litter picker for our school almost a year ago. It never arrived. I sent an email to the company with reference number and an apology for my late request. Since it was just an €8 item, I expected that they'd send it. But I just got a flat 'Computer says you're too late' response. Poor customer service in my opinion.
