Great service, fast delivery

I made a bad decision believing in the online reviews and ordered a light bulb needed to be changed in my bathroom, the order was placed on 21st of August and the delivery was supposed to be within 1 to 3 days but its been almost 3 weeks now and no sign of my item. I emailed a while ago asking for updates on my delivery and they very conveniently chose not to answer. I seriously doubt the nature of all these positive reviews in favor of this company.
