First of all, the point to be evaluated is that the time from requesting shipment to arrival of the package was quick. The next thing is that the inspection is reliable. The point not evaluated was that the shipping company could not be selected. Secondly (in view of the current inflation and the weaker yen), the transportation costs are high.

The packaging is unfriendly. It made it heavier and cost more for shipping. They said it was to keep the package from getting lost, but then they would have put it in one package.

インポートスクエアの利用者になって今回で2度の事務所住所変更を体験している。 前回の変更の時はメールで来たので自分のメモを訂正してそのあとの転送の利用は問題無かった。 今回はそのメールも来てないのでなんの疑問も無く旧住所のままでセラーに伝えた。 追跡調査では配達済みになったのにいつまでたっても転送準備にならないのでその旨を伝えると それは旧住所だ。 マイページで確かめろと言われた。 そこで移転を始めて知った。 元の住所に問い合わせに行ってもらったりしたが受け取ってない、との事で品物の事は諦めて代替品で済ませた。 一月後位に旧住所に配達なっていると連絡が有りそれでやっと転送してもらった。 いつもマイページの確認が必要ならその旨を周知すべきだと思う。 普段はそこをチェックする事は無い。 転送依頼をする時に経過などを知る為にはじめて見ると思う。 一回でもメールで住所変更の連絡をしたならそれを続けてほしい。 最終的に品物は手に入っても今回はスッキリしない取り扱いだった。
