My slot was confirmed quickly and the person came on the arranged time on the day. The service was very smooth, paying the invoice was easy and I could even set a reminder for next year. Very pleased with the process and reliability, thank you. I'll be back next year.

United Kingdom | 13 November 2023Order a Tado thermostat with installation. I could only use Kantan. Selected my preferred day, and two others as instructed. Filled in all my details including my address. Received an email to confirm my booking was a success... but did NOT state the day. Assumed it would be my preferred day. Booked the afternoon off work. The day before I thought Id better chase up the install... only to be told they DID NOT install in my area, and currently aren't doing installs due to the 'cold' weather...! But I did not receive any communication about this... they could not tell me when I could have an install. No contact number and a very slow response on the only chat. Would NOT recommned at all. I now have lost an afternoon of work that I can not move. No impressed at all with the poor service. I would not recommned.

United Kingdom | 09 January 2023Very easy to book an engineer and the one who came out was professional, efficient and very helpful. It was also easy to sort out the payment afterwards. In my case I needed certain details to claim money back with my insurance company and I got all the help I needed and was very satisfied. I will use the service again if my boiler breaks again (hopefully it wont though!). Very pleased with the result and process.

Daniel was on the case even tried to get me a same day evening appointment however I replied to late to his email. However I feel he went above and beyond in helping me out. Always kept me upto date and checked up over the next couple of days after the service had been completed. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE AND PROMOTION an absolute asset to your company- Thank you Daniel

United Kingdom | 15 December 2022Booked a boiler service with possible trainee at Kantan for Monday 12th December between 8am & 12pm engineer never turned up contacted Kantan they told me engineer was delayed at least they could have told me anyway never arrived at all. He offered to rebook for today Wednesday and gave me £10 of the service cost as a goodwill gesture I got a confirmation email stating the date and same time with the cost which was £10 more than the previous cost contacted another trainee told me he would send me another email with the correct cost which never arrived Same scenario today waited yet again engineer never arrived excuse was they had lots of boiler repair call outs so boiler service was not priority but nobody called to let me know this. Believe just a lame excuse they even asked if I wanted me to rebook an appointment for a boiler service obviously definitely not my advice beware of cowboy outfits such as these Complete waste of time just avoid like the plague BEWARE OF THIS COWBOY OUTFIT

United Kingdom | 09 December 2022An awful experience. The old adage applies here - if I could have scored my experience as a zero then I would have. I gave up after three appointments were made without a service visit. The first was cancelled due to lack of a technician, the second was re scheduled on the day of the appointment and the third was a no show without notice. Very disappointed and much inconvenience to myself. Having said that the person I spoke from their service department was very good but was badly let down by the contactors he had allocated to the job. Extremely poor experience and would warn others to be stay well clear. UPDATE: Kantan have questioned the integrity of my review and have tried to have it removed. I can assure people that this is a genuine review and that I have provided the necessary documentation to prove this.
