Finding the whisky I have been waiting for is a delight. The House of Malt delivers every time. With 1st class service also.

We ordered a particular brand of rum. It got damaged in transit before it even reached us. We got a phone call offering another rum as this was their last bottle. However we preferred to wait until our choice was in stock. This arrived (undamaged) a week later with the shipping costs refunded.
