Ordered an ipad case on 03/06/2016, still had not received on 09/06/2016, tried ringing customer services only for the number to continually ring out and cut off!! Sent an email to customer services 09/06/2016, received an automated email response stating they would contact me within 4 working hours and what a shock, still no response!! To this day item still not received, managed to get a refund through paypal! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I will be reporting to trading standards!!

United Kingdom | 13 May 2016I put on my new case difficulty, being happy with my purchase, and took it off today after 2 months use as I spilt water on my phone and wanted to completely dry it, and the back of my phone has scratched badly, with many paint dents. I am very unhappy as now my phone isn't as good as new and is now scratched forever despite only being 3 months old. Very unhappy and won't buy one again.

United States | 05 May 2016I was billed on 4/23/2016 and sent a confirmation email. My credit card was charged the same day. I have not heard from the company since the purchase. I reached out via facebook message 2 days ago and immediately received a message back informing me that they would contact me within 4-5 business hours. Still waiting. I just barley sent an email and the same response was immediately sent to my inbox. I am worrying that this may be a scam site or front and will soon take things up with my credit card company to get the funds back.

One did turn up within 4 days but it was the wrong case, I emailed the team to see what they could do but they were useless! I also tried the phone line but it just rings until you are cut off!

I have tried e-mailing the customer service department, and despite receiving an automatic reply telling me that my query would be answered within 4 hours on 13th April, I have still not received a call back. I have tried sending messages via twitter but to no avail, and tried calling but the phones just rings out.

However I placed my order using an iPhone and I tried to order a leather case by clicking on the correct icon. When it got to the final page i noticed that the price was that of a normal case and not leather. I went back and did the design again from scratch but still got the same result. The product I received was plastic, not leather. Therefore I can only presume that the website wasn't compatible with mobiles fully as although I was pushing leather case it was defaulting to plastic.
