So, TrafficStars claims they follow “safe harbor” laws and that they “act in accordance with all applicable laws to maintain a safe and compliant platform.” Sounds great, right? Well… not really. I sent them several DMCA notices about some pretty obvious illegal content. To their credit, they did reply, but their response was basically, “We’ll send it to our compliance team, and maybe we’ll deal with it in the future.” Uh… what? That’s not how this works. Platforms are supposed to act quickly when they’re notified of illegal activity. Instead, the content stayed up, and their attitude felt more like, “Eh, we’ll get to it when we feel like it :)” f TrafficStars is made aware that a site they collaborate with is profiting from pirated content and openly mocking people who request takedowns, they have a responsibility to act. Safe harbor protections don’t apply when a platform is aware of illegal content and does nothing about it. They can’t just hide behind “safe harbor” if they’re knowingly working with sites that host stolen content. At the very least, they should make it clear to those sites that they don’t support such practices. But TrafficStars doesn’t seem to care. As long as the money keeps flowing, they’re happy to ignore the violations. It’s disappointing to see a platform that claims to be compliant only to turn a blind eye when it’s convenient for them. If you’re dealing with a similar situation, don’t waste time hoping they’ll take action. File a report with the relevant EU authorities (like those enforcing the EU Copyright Directive) and let them handle it. Platforms like this only seem to care when they’re forced to. 😉

Scam got email saying i had won £500 voucher of Amazon silly me pressed it they asked if i had a PayPal account me thinking it was going into it the next thing i am charged £4.95 a weekly amout got on to PayPal and stoped it what a load of conners

I didn't know what these people do but a payment came out of my bank which I knew nothing about who or what are they

Decent experience with Traffic Stars. Just need to be careful picking your sources . Getting your own account manager requires $7,000 which is pretty steep. Hence why i havent gone for that. I use support which is patchy at best.

Ran a campaign for 100 dollars. Received no traffic and the campaign ignored my set daily limit. Traffic Starz refused to refund me. Use them if you enjoy throwing money away.

Useless traffic, incompetent support that never does what you request and spews bullsh*t endlessly. Their business is built on their nonsensical refund policy. I urge you to never even consider using these thieves' services.

It's a fraudulent company. I was charged $100, but the ads were never published. Customer support is unresponsive and wastes time and money.

I am from India. I wasted my money to use this ad network platform. they are only run ads on irrelevant site where no quality traffic comes as well as they dont run ads on schedule time still they cut balance. And After every campaign increasing their plan. as well as supporting team is too poor. this platform is hungry for money no value provided. I have already used so many ads network but this one is worst . never never recommand to anyone to use this.

I mentioned to their Support 12 hours into the campaign, that Adsense don't see their traffic (at least in my case). For some reason, they thought changing the ads would fix that (??) And recommend a 3 day wait. 3 days later, I still don't see traffic, although in Their system I see impressions and clicks, but in Adsense... nothing. And they still blame the ads. Make it make sense. Eventually they tell me adding a tracking pixel would help. Something I knew (a newbie at this), but it took 3 days to get there, as they blamed the ads for what was an integration issue. And then their own tracking pixel doesn't work (error code message). How does your own tracking pixel not work?? Meanwhile they already dismissed a refund (a bad sign no matter what their policy: my money is still my money. If the shoe was on the other foot, you would want a refund of the balance). Meanwhile 1 day later: "Hello Walter! Thank you for contacting TrafficStars! Our team will get back to you with an answer tomorrow, thank you for waiting." That was 6/28/2024 24+ hours later, no reply. Lesson learned. Avoid this company.

$100 was sent via digital currencies and the scam occurred. No ads, no support. I ask everyone to be careful and stay away from this fraudulent site. Please don't make the mistake I made

This is a message to all people who want to use traffic stars. Traffic stars is Best advertising company in the entire universe. And all the bad reviews on trust pilot are not real so please trust traffic stars and change your life.

Been with TrafficStars for over 3 months now, running Video Pre-Rolls across my adult-themed private network, and it’s been a solid ride. Only flagging a tiny slice, about 3-5%, of traffic as fraud, which, in this game, is pretty good 🙂. TrafficStars, you’re doing it right! I hope it's not a bonus for new users and that's the way it will be in the future
