Customer support has been very helpful and supportive. Part of my order was out of stock, but the company offered a free of charge substitute (of a bigger value), they also communicated everything upfront and were very responsive. Would recommend doing business with them 10/10.

Great authentic store with aesthetic tastes for designs. Very pleased with the purchase of Serax Knife Set. Edwin was polite and helpful with delivery terms (around 15 days in Europe). Though the product have an issue with 2 of 4 weak magnets but definitely will return to buy more aesthetic items.
