Theo worked through multiple Issues that I had while using SolidWorks Electrical Routing with outstanding patience and problem solving skills. He was able to successfully fix everything after only a few sessions and all while keeping an excellent level of customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone struggling with anything SolidWorks related.

This is an easy review to write. I made enquiries to purchase a new CAD package at Solidworks. I was sent a referral to one UK vendor, but I decided to seek out other vendors. Happily, I came across SolidX, and was very quickly engaged in a consultation with the team. They steered me through the multitude of options available, without any hard sell or pressure tactics and suggested offers that might be interesting and assisted us with other aspects. The price was great, the service was better and I can be comfortable that they regard us as clients, not customers. The best thing has been the ongoing support. I am able (and do) call directly to the team and get swift if not immediate responses. I understand that they are a young but ambitious business, and it shows. That personal touch is getting harder to find in an increasingly automated business environment. A heartfelt thanks to Guy and all the team for the experience, support and that individual attention. I genuinely wish all of my reviews could be this positive.
