We reached out to K Joy for an import service from Indonesia for our cat - about 2.5 weeks prior the arrival schedule. Very responsive, process explained was simple enough so it didn't overwhelmed us (we checked with other service provider so we have reference), one fee structure and we're kept posted. Khun Oiy who helped with the custom clearance in the airport is awesome too. I would use United for our next pets move.

We used Joy and Pet Relocation Thailand with a really challenging move. Firstly they got our cat out of Myanmar after the coup to Thailand. Then once we had relocated to France, they again moved him for us despite some issues we had with documentation. Their professionalism and care were exemplary. Joy responded so quickly to each enquiry and was patient and able to handle all the issues that arose. We cannot thank her enough! A total star and based on our experience: we cannot recommend highly enough. Our cat arrived in good physical and mental condition and has settled as if nothing major took place…thank you very much.

Highly appreciate your services including moving and boarding. Quite expensive cost for boarding in such long period (3 months) caused COVID pandemic but our cats arrived home safely and happily ❤️

Excellent service by understanding, kind and professional consultant, Joy. From day one until the end, 5-6 months process including consulting, preparing health check and paper works etc. A bit rough in process for getting the space confirmation in order to fly to UK, my cats could not fly off as planed. 1 month delay from the plan but not her fault, it's miscommunication between airline staff etc. Joy & Mint managed to get my cats to be well looked after during 1 month in Bangkok while they were waiting for space to fly. Joy is very knowledgeable person and helpful.

100% Honest and trustworthy. Our dog does not like to be alone and is a very picky eater. Joy and her team went above and beyond to make sure he was okay. We regularly received updates, pics as well as videos and they cooked him chicken and carrots when he did not want to eat anything else. When he was delivered to us after we’d completed our quarantine, we could tell that he was really well looked after. Super grateful to Joy and her team and highly recommended their services.

Joy and her team were excellent in sorting out everything to get our to cats from Bangkok to Bilbao, Spain. They obviously looked after them very well, as they arrived happy and unstressed. I’d highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again if we go back to Thailand.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and in particular, Joy. I worked for over a year to get my dog transported first from Cambodia to Fiji, and then to the US after the pandemic broke out. Joy was there every step of the way. It's scary handing your dog over to strangers on the other side of the globe, but Joy was responsive, communicative, sent me lots of photos and was just great all around. Highly recommended!
