The service I got from Jumpcut was rlly motivating and incredibly surprising. They kinda broke that rule of. “A bot is what is going to answer your emails,” but no I got an actual reply from someone named Geo. He was incredibly supportive and polite, was relatively quick to answer questions or just clarifications in general, and he was also clear and wasted no time: he addressed my concerns, answered them, and gave feedback as well. Would definitely be friends with Geo (add me bruh.) I really don’t have anything negative to say about the service. Keep the good work, and thank you!

Actually the best support I have ever experienced so far… I got a very quick reply, a precise answer to my concerns, and a very kind and supportive message from Geo and AA, which helped a lot and gave me motivation to go on.

I want to give a shout out to Kong and his crew from Team jump cut (especially Sev) The knowledge I have gained just through the free videos is remarkable. It’s the kind of information that keeps you on the edge of your seat ready for more... I would wake up looking forward to see what they had in store for me today!! I am in my own kind of struggle with poverty and am not able to purchase the whole program as of yet.. I will be however as soon as the financial issues are solved. The amount of support and knowledge is priceless.. like Kong expressed that the price of his program undercuts the price for a college tuition.. with the same and even more results.. and not stuck in a 9-5 m-f job sentence. It’s about living the dream and a life worth value! I agree 110% What knowledge I did gain... has given me the boost to finally take the plunge, start my own YouTube channel.. and start living my dream with passion and enthusiasm. A few days later I received an email from Kong and his crew from Team jump cut.. I read it and responded to their questionnaire.. not thinking much, just giving my true and honest feedback. I woke up the next day started checking my emails and there was one from Kong and team jump cut. I was surprised that it was actually personalized and tailored to what I talked about. Detailed down to the suggestion and struggles I was facing. The compassion and kindness was really warming to my heart. It was not generated cookie cutter response. It made me feel deeply valued and cared for... that is extremely rare these days. So it was personal it actually brought tears to my eyes. I then responded back and only a few hours later here in another reply. They not only care and value all their students.. they really are there every step of the way. If your lucky enough to stumble across their class, and want to start your own YouTube channel this is the very best program (ROAD MAP) you’ll find on the market. I honestly believe that want all success that we all deserve.. what an amazing life purpose.. give knowledge, help people grow to their best potential, and seriously caring for the out come. The karma your building in the universe is absolutely amazing. Your selflessness to teach and allow others to grow is truly beautiful. I wish you all the beauty in the world. I love it! I love this program a lot! It helps so much in learning to make a YouTube channel, there were so many things I didn’t know before but because of Jumpcut, I was able to learn so much more! I really appreciate how much time, energy, and money Jumpcut spends to help us make a great YouTube channel, they never had to do this, but they did it anyway, they decided that these secrets should be shared, and I really appreciate that! I think their response time is fine, it might not fit with other people’s schedule, but you can’t blame them, they have a lot of emails sent to them and there’s really nothing they can do about it. I think they’re very kind too, because when I sent them my issue, a person named Sev replied, Sev wasn’t just like “oh sorry that happens to a lot of people too, I hope life works out for you” Sev actually took the time to think about my problem, explain it, tell me what’ll happen in the future, what I can currently do until that happens, what Sev wishes for me to do, and Sev even gave me a little cheat in case that still doesn’t work out for me, I thank Sev a lot. I think everything about this program is wonderful, the only problem that I have is, their videos are too long, I don’t have much time to read them because I need to do other things, I’m very sorry if this offends you, I promise with all my heart that I’m not trying to be rude, but I think it’s better to just get to the point, I think small details are great, but not with everything, I hope you guys can shorten your videos a bit more in the future and I REALLY hope I didn’t offend you in any way because if I did that would feel horrible with all the great things you’ve done for us, I wish Jumpcut the greatest of wishes, and I hope you guys are doing well!

I would like to comment on my dealings with Jump Cut – an online training company that has very down to earth procedures & outstanding course material. Due to an unforeseen personal development – I had a situation that required a creative solution – so I contacted their support team & was soon dealing with Geo. Geo & I conversed & we came to a mutually agreeable solution. My overall experience was very business-like – no beating around the bush – very quick response times – friendly & courteous –they certainly had a huge impact on my life at the time. Thanks guys. I was really happy with the Jumpcut support team. They provided easy access to customer support via email. The response time was impressive. I have never gotten a response so quick as the one from Jumpcut. They responded in less than 10 hours. Not only was the response quick, the person who I interacted with, Mr. Bheng, was also friendly and really helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions with clear cut information. I can tell he put a lot of effort and time into addressing my needs. Jumpcut truly did a remarkable job with great customer service. I hope to eventually join the platform.

Upon having difficulties getting the videos for the course I decided to seek out for support after a few trial and error. Seconds later I was able to chat with Mij (one of the service support members) who informed me of the reasons why the videos were delayed. Moreover, she gave me a few solutions on how to solve the problem, however, by the end of our conversation, I realized how kind, sincere, and succinct she was leading me to write this review about a week later.

There are many great things to share regarding JumpCut customer service. First, they have a great system that sends an email immediately after a request for help is sent to them. That email says what to expect in terms of response time from a live person. It is helpful because they didn't leave me wondering if they received my request. Nice feature. A big shout out to AA and Mij - they are the best people - not just as customer service! They are sincere in their friendliness and willingness to help. They are not just willing to help but they succeeded in promptly taking care of my issue regarding the details of the payment plan for a course. The resolution was exactly what I needed and there was no messing around waiting for days for a solution. Prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable! What more could I want? Thanks to them I can just focus on my courses with no worries.

Charlyne was amazing. She gave rapid responses, and helped me resolve my issue incredibly fast. I'm in a bit of financial trouble and wasn't going to be able to make a payment on the 5th, instead of threating me with legal action or late fees, Charlyne offered to put my account on hold to stop payments until I had the money to make them. I wish I had more than 5 stars to give, as she's certainly earned it.

I bought one of the Jumpcut courses a while back but was unable to afford to continue to pay for it until just recently. But once i had fully paid for it I noticed I still didn't have access to the course despite having fully paid it off due to some sort of glitch in the system. I notified the Jumpcut team of the issue I was having and within the next 12 hours, Christine, a Jumpcut team member, responded to my email and swiftly resolved the issue I was experiencing and my access to the course was restored. (Not to mention how friendly she was about it.) Thanks again, Christine!

A brilliant response time to email questions Very friendly & supportive on any questions asked. Zie & Geo were fantastic. I can’t rate them highly enough. I would definitely highly recommend their customer service. Brilliant!
