Appalling service this time. Opened order and part is missing. I even emailed after placing order to check and they confirmed all is ok. Telephoned to complain and they say 'forgot to tell warehouse about half of order. Sorry. Now have to wait four days for urgent item. No offer off next day despatch. Poor service and poor customer service.

I called to confirm the dimensions of the product before ordering. When it arrived it was not as they had stated on the phone. Now waiting over a week for them to collect and refund the item.
