Fantastic service - extremely quick delivery!!! They said up to 10 days delivery but only took a couple of days

Metal plate was bent, full of hammer marks were they had attempted to make it straight, fast delivery but not that happy with what I had ordered, took a bit of effort to straighten and lots of grinding to get rid of hammer marks.

The reason for this rating is that I was only able to use about 1/2 of the sheet. When it arrived it had forklift dents and creases. These areas weren’t usable as I was making flat body panels and those pieces had to be flat to begin with. You need to do a better job shipping. Charge more for shipping if you have to to get the product to it’s destination intact. I’m not looking for a refund as I only need 1/2 a sheet. It just didn’t allow for mistakes. Just thought you should know.

Excellent and very efficient service from Buy Metal Online. Our order was ready for collection when we requested ( 48 hours notice) and was exactly what we had ordered. Thank you to the team for loading the product into my car which I wasn’t expecting. All the staff were very pleasant, efficient and super helpful. The weathering steel is for a garden project which we have started. It certainly seems to be a good quality product which is looking good, weathering well and doing what we wanted it to!
