Quick Fabrication and postage, helpful support/sales team. Find it quite funny they put 'fragile' tape on my package which was 6mm steel plate but I guess you can never be too careful!

Steel came very quickly and of good quality. It didn’t come cut but.... they did send more and cut this time. They said I could keep first sheet that was uncut. Very generous offer from a company I’ll endeavour to use again.

Firstly, Online Chat helped me to find out what BMO could do for me by helping me select the right material and size, then walked me through the ordering process. My order arrive quickly, and was packaged well. Really recommend to others.

Unfortunately the cutting list which I carefully written down was not followed. Out of the 3 pieces of 4mm checker plate ordered all 3 were incorrectly sized, what was really bad was 1 cut down the length (1970mm) was 15mm out one end and 25mm out the other. Think the machine operator needs to visit Spec savers !!!

Bought a 2000mm x 1000mm Galvanized Steel sheet. Requested it to be cut on the online form. Picked the sheet up locally, it was all wrapped up. Once I'd got it home and unwrapped it, it hadn't been cut. Frustrating as I'd waited a few days for it to be ready. Managed to cut it to size with my angle grinder. Would have been extremely annoying if I'd been a large company ordering hundreds of sheets that hadn't been cut. Product was of good quality and what I needed. Follow up... Cutting Instructions were written in the online form when ordered. Once payment had been made and the invoice came through there was no mention of any cutting instructions on it. Possibly a glitch in the system. I was slightly concerned that the invoice did not include what I'd typed into the orderform but I trusted that the cutting instructions had gotten through.

The sheet metal was delivered very promptly, and exactly as ordered.
