United Kingdom | 09 March 2020Had my Galaxy blender for 8 weeks, used it for making soft fruit smoothies once a day. The blades broke whilst making my smoothie. I asked their customer services for a refund as I did not think the product was fit for purpose. They responded to my email and was told as it was our of their 30 day returns policy they could not offer me a refund. They offered replacement blades and asked if the jug had been damaged. I told them it had. They sent the replacement jug but guess what, no blades installed. I contacted customer services and told them this and that I still cannot use the blender. Their response was that they were unaware that when they ordered the replacement jug it did not come with blades. I am now awaiting the blades which I will have to install myself. I am not sure I can do this as I have arthritic fingers. My experience with this company and its products has been the worst I have ever had when buying on line. I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a blender not to buy their products.

France | 13 February 2020J'ai reçu un déshydrateur avec une porte cassée. Je l'ai signalé seulement 15j plus tard car j'étais absent. Le service m'a répondu dans l'heure, et j'ai reçu une nouvelle porte 3j plus tard. Super efficacité du Sav. Et excellente réactivité du site. Merci

They will not even advise me how/ where I can get my juicer serviced at my own expense. The warranty for the motor on my juicer is for 20 years but that is meaningless because the supplier will not honour it

I have been contacting them every day for 10 day, provided all information they wanted and still no answer or support was offered. Never buy anything from them.you have been warned.
