I haven't recieved my playstation account which i bought through Kinguin.

i tried buying google play gift cards from this site, no email or receipt whatsoever they just took the money and didnt respond, the chat never responds also, when the payment went through the next day they deleted my account all together and cant even log in be aware and dont lose your money from this site

i just bought 40tl gift card (steam) just to see if this site is a scam or not and guess what its a scam site they will take ur money and dont give any code back nor email of the order so simple answer they are scammers

I bought code 4.9.2023 until today 18.9.2023 I dont have code. Support not answer, every day support close my ticket....I lost more like 180 €

I bought code for game and after 5 days still dont get it and no one answers my tickets. No answers from: facebook, support and even online helper.

Ordered Spotify Giftcard for 10$ and never received it. My account got banned. Never got contacted why, never wrote back to my emails regarding why this happened.

I ordered 2 paysafecard giftcards first for 20 lira and seccond for 10 lira, the first giftcard had 10 lira on it and the seccond one had nothing on it

Scam website. Ordered a google play gift card but order is left as pending. After opening a support ticket my account is banned. Stay away, it's a shame that google even recommends it from the official website.

Scam. They are pending orders and support tickets. Live chat also doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money on this.

My account was deleted for no reason and I couldn't understand it as I didn't get any explanation after contacting customer service and couldn't recover it. The purchased gift card was not sent, and the customer service said they would refund me in three business days, but the actual month has passed and I have not received a refund. Please consider this fraudulent website carefully.

straight after the payment is done they locked the account and tell me you have sent you credentials i sent them mine from country outside turkey as iam an international customer they said its not possible and locked the account and took the money and customer services kept closing the chat i opened. Scammers!

They dont answer on live support witch is 24/7 and they have not deliver my order since 2 days ago i made new one today to see how is going. Still not offer any support.

I can't get into my account. He says the money will be back in 2 weeks. But same day returns are available on all other sites. The site is not responding from live support.
