After years of being unhappy with my stickey out ears , not having the courage of the old procedure having to have anaesthetic, plus after having to where bandage for weeks until bruising goes away . I discovered the new procedure of ear folds from a website ,Icontacted there Birmingham practice , spoke to a very friendly lady & booked a consultation with Mr Reza Nassab plastic surgeon , he recognised my problem & reassured me he could well improve them. After a few weeks I went for my procedure Mr Nassab started work on me I chatted away he made me feel very comfortable, gave me local anaesthetic it was all done within the hour , a couple of stitches after , anniboitics I was on my way home , very happy with the work .I feel much more confident then ever before, I have waited for all these years, just to let you know I'm in my 60 s never to late , thank you to all the staff at Skin & Follicle Hagley road Birmingham.

Skin and Follicle is a highly recommended clinic. I have had non surgical rhinoplasty done by Dr. Harb and was eccstatic with the results - so much so that I recommeded the service to my frined who has already had her consultation and looking forward to having a sculpted nose. I have also booked in for further dermal fillers and cannot wait for the outcome! The customer service provided by the lovely Sumita is outstanding each and everytime I visit the clinic - she provides a personal touch and takes a real interest in you. I highly commend the team.
