My husband bought me a lovely painting for my 60th birthday which was extremely well packed and arrived in good time. After unpacking it we noticed that there was a deep dent in the upper side of the frame which had to have been done prior to packing the picture as the outer packing ing was perfect. It wasn’t enough of an issue to go to the trouble of complaining, repacking and going somewhere to repost it back and go through all the performance of that, so I have hung it on the wall and it cannot be seen. This is not a complaint as I cannot see the dent where it is positioned and I love the painting.

Excellent service, extremely helpful and patient with my queries and requests. The piece of art was sent to me quickly, well packaged and I was given the tracking number to make sure that I could be in to receive it.
