I had an issue with a product and it was dealt with in a very professional manner. The Managing Director took over the management of my problem personally and I received a very positive outcome. I would definitely use this company again.

Been plastering for 37 years,accredited by British Gypsum and have 160+ reviews scoring well over 9.6 out of ten check it out at Checkatrade. Ordered £250 worth of materials sales girl Katie good as gold order arrived one week later so if your in a rush go elsewhere R&J building supplies are great for speed reliability and quality goods. This is second and last time of ordering any materials as plaster board beads so flimsy all 50 were bent about 2 foot down. Ordered 4 stabilising solution all 4 out of date by 24 months yes two years old and they only have a 22 month shelf life. Well after calling twice the resolution was no refund on beads as I must have bent them???? And full refund on Stabalizing solution wow £33.55 is more than enough to pay for two plasterers lost day at work. Never mind learnt my lesson going back to reliability, service, and Quality R& J suggest you may wish to do the same. The sales team are resonablely good and do some good offers but the account department are rude and arrogent on the phone I have spent a fair amount of money with obas but cancelled my last order due to the rudest of accounts department and I received some faulty canns of spray paint which have never been replaced as promised I did ask for my name and contact details to be removed from their data base but I have been contacted by the sales team and asked to leave a review about obas uk ltd

the lad sold me what i wanted with no bull just good honest advice and price.

Would not use Obas again!! ordered polo shirts and fleece's we had product missing on delivery made immediate contact and was told it would be sorted out.After a number of weeks we were chased for payment!!! we said we still hadnt had the missing products replaced and wouldnt pay until problems were sorted!!! it was just a pain in the arse to get sorted!!

I have been using OBAS for many years now and have always found them to be fair and reliable. Keep up the good work! cheers

A great company who's sales staff sell you what you require and do not push you to buy unwanted stock as some of the other companies do.

Rubbish the price you get quoted is not the price you pay you pay more

Obas is not a pushy company when it comes to there sales team. The only thing I find with Obas is there is a breakdown in communication with the sales staff and the Accounts department !! If you should get a call from the Accounts department there are a couple members of staff that comes across rude with no manners.

best salesman I have ever had ring me,most helpful, funny, and first class.
