It was Angela's down to earth and welcoming tone that was the deciding factor for me, and the fact they were a smaller business local to the area. The whole team went above and beyond to get my parents house on the market promptly and was also sold within says as well. They handled everything for us as my parents were not able to do viewings and it just took the fuss out of it all and saved me a 200 mile round trip to let people in to see the house. Even after we had accepted an offer we had a member of the team contact us weekly or there abouts to ensure everything was running smoothly. I can't thank the team enough, and would definitely recommend them over any of their larger competitors. The choice of rates was also appealing as my parents were able to pay a set amount upfront and that was it. Where as many will take a substantial percentage of what the house sells for.

I bought my previous property with Jason in 2012 and was delighted with the service, so when I decided to sell that property in October 2020 Jason and his team were my first choice. Like my previous experience the service I received was outstanding, the whole team at Harbour were fantastic and nothing was a bother. Anytime they called to give me an update they went over and above to make my experience stress free and settle any nerves I had. I was really impressed with the online account they had set up for me and how everything was uploaded on there - it saved me calling in as I could see the progress at the click of a button. The weekly check ins were great too and even if nothing had happened that week Angela or Donna would call me just to keep me in the loop and see how I was. There was a couple of instances where I called or emailed out of hours as I was unsure or worried about something and either Jason or one of the girls called or emailed me straight back and took care of things. I can’t fault the service I received it was outstanding and I would definitely recommend Harbour to anyone thinking of moving home.

First class effort from all at Harbor. We put our house on the market on Dec 2019 and the team at Harbor were straight on to marketing of our house. They promoted the property with fantastic pictures and a very detailed description. Within the first 2 weeks we had viewings and offers in which was great. However due to people's circumstances out with ours and Harbors control we had to remarket our house a number of times before it finally went through.
