I ordered 3 pieces of harvie plank siding. Ordering experience was okay. Shipping cost was 200% of items purchased but it was expected since delivery address was calgary. However, the 3 pieces were delivered damaged. The damage was cause partly owing to poor handling by freight forwarder and partly due to poor packaging by warehoos. I resolved the situation with Warehoos client contact and appreciate his effort to reduce price to account damage. Thanks

I called staff to ask if I could pick up rather than have items delivered as I live very close to the warehoos and the staff member I spoke with was very kind and helped me with getting my items without having to do a delivery on the big truck. I will definitely buy from them again!

I was in a jam and a young gentleman (Sam) helped me get some building material for my project asap. I was stuck and it was Friday night and everything was closed until Monday. Sam went beyond your normal CSR and delivered the product to me on Saturday morning on his own time! Way beyond expectation. Would never have expected that (nor should anyone). Blown away. I was looking for a specific metal roof underlayment and was having trouble sourcing it in Canada. I happened across warehoos advertising the product at less than half the price of Amazon (the only other option I had found) and a very reasonable shipping rate from British Columbia to Ontario. Only 4 days time from ordering to arriving at my door. I'm very pleased.

customer service experience was good / polished. Exciting new service, but so far selection was a bit limited; the graphics/description for individual products was fairly basic, inaccurate (ie, images of deck screws and drywall screws were incorrect)
