I cannot rate these guys highly enough - all of my queries have been answered and dealt with almost immediately with an overwhelming amount of expert advice. I run a small business and it is important for me to understand how to make small changes and updates myself. Bals had set up the core of my website in no time and gave me an in-depth tutorial on how to use all the back end editing functions. Since then I've contacted them for help with all sorts of questions and the reply is always quick, efficient and helpful.
