My wife and I run a small business, we had a customer who needed POTS line replacement for 15 alarm and elevator locations. Simplifi assured us that their product would work seamlessly. It did not. We were promised tech support that we never got, a “ buy back” of the equipment that didn’t happen. We were told that because we had the non-working equipment for more than 90 days, no refund could be given. All in all, we were flat out lied to and ended up losing thousands of dollars that we really couldn’t afford. Simplifi misrepresented their product from day one, and did nothing to help us or our client. We ended up not only losing thousands of dollars paid for garbage equipment, but, we have lost the support of one of our largest clients. I would never do business with these people ever again. Run away.

Great Customer Service. The service was explained and sold well from the start. Our phone order was shipped quickly and our setup completed in a short turnaround timeframe. Our service surpasses our expectations. Will definitely recommend them to other businesses.

Keith Ellingson made this about as painless as possible. We switched from a regular phone system to Simplify for the cost savings. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process from start to implementation.

Firstly, I appreciate the cost savings in our VOIP system, while having the assurance that the system and customer service are reliable and timely. I realize the system is likely not set up for complete customer "self' service", but with IT improvements, I believe this might be a direction for Simplifi to go....to give more focus on sales and rapid business growth. My rep, Keith, has been more than efficient in assisting us professionally and timely after the sale.

Shane made averaging super easy to get started and when I need help he is so responsive! The phones are exactly what my firm needed, easy for callers to select the person- I highly recommend. I am 100% happy with the phones and service!

Shane Switzer set me up with a system that really works well in our office. Affordable and reliable. Shane made it a pretty easy and seamless process to switch from a land line to their product.

We have only had our system for about a month, but so far it has worked out well. We are saving money, there is not static, and Shane Switzer, our contact person has been very helpful, patient and quick to respond.

We are a small healthcare clinic and have had an excellent experience with Simplifi. We were in a tight situation and needed numbers ported quickly due to decommissioning of the service we had and the inability of our local cable/internet company to complete a build in a timely manner. With minimal time to get things done, Shane made everything happen within our time frame with what seemed like ease. The systems are pretty intuitive to use and customer service is exceptional. We are very happy with the phone, voicemail, app, texting and fax options provided.

Great customer service. Very easy and intuitive system to use. My contact source was Mr. Keith Ellingson and he was wonderful. I was moving to a brand new location and switching over to a completely new telephone system and he made sure everything was perfect. He helped set up our various mailboxes, made sure all message were in place and walked our entire office through every detail so we felt comfortable during the transition. Definitely five stars!!!

The process, learning curve and installation was daunting for a person my age - tired of learning new things, especially "dashboards" so I haven't yet to date even tried. Problems were taken care of immediately and the Simplifi contact always returned my texts, calls or requests for help immediately - which is wonderful. I still don't know if this is saving me any money, but certainly doesn't seem to be costing any more - maybe a break even. 4 stars for being so responsive to requests for help - that's all we really need.

Simplifi is a great system for desks, remote employee, and employees on the go. Cost effective too, we are saving hundreds a month! Customer service from planning to implementation to ongoing needs is excellent.

Perfect Software for Any Company Our firm is a start up, with limited resources locally (head office in Europe). The simplifi team made it seamless for us to have a sophisticated phone software, which meets all of our needs, at a great and reasonable price. Highly recommended to all firms - big or small !

Simplifi is a great option if you only want to carry one phone but need to have a separate business line. Easy to set up easy to use. Easy to tell my business line is ringing vs my personal line. Voicemail also goes to my email which is a great timesaver. Customer Service is really fast at getting back to you with any questions.
