Very helpful to a start up if you have a year to give before you make any money. If you are established already, I feel like you have a head start financially. I'm a start up so I'm afraid I have to spend more up front on my doer and OD support in order to get established. I think this would have been helpful up front to know this before hand but overall, I think they do a great job supporting founders. The doer is excellent so this is a plus.

My Doer is a committed, and responsive professional who is capable of addressing every task including those she is unfamiliar with. She demonstrates strong initiative and uses common sense to proactively approach each task or project.

My Doer is outstanding. We work well together. He has taken full initiative to learn and understand the business. In turn, the work he has done is exceptional and displays the intended vision of the company. He is indeed what the business needed to move forward.

Didnt even make it past the first call. The sales rep was very rude and pushy. She had no respect for my schedule and contacted me three times prior to the appointment to confirm I would attend after I’d confirmed the appointment via email, text and verbally. It was very confusing. When we did meet she was more interested in what seemed like a script instead of having a conversation with me regarding my needs. She showed lack of care of pronouncing my name correctly and when she asked if I was free for the entire hour, I let her know my time constraints. Since I couldn’t give her the full hour, she became upset because she felt she couldn’t get through her presentation. ( I wasn’t aware we scheduled a presentation, I thought the first call was to share insights and provide discovery. Be that as it may, I didn’t understand why she could not proceed . It came off as unprofessional and made me nervous if she would act that way in front of my customers and colleagues. It appeared she was more interested in her presentation than understanding what I was looking for, in lue of all this and not to waste both our time, I ended the call and let her know it was not a good fit. Just wasn't a good vibe, which is unfortunate because I was interested in learning more.
