After ordering my books I waited almost a month for them to be delivered and upon delivery I was missing almost half my order. I spent another month calling and emailing almost every day to try and find out where the rest of my order was. After finally talking to someone I was told the books were back ordered and they didn’t know when they would be back in stock so I asked for a full refund and purchased a different set of books from another company. After agreeing to a full refund initially they have decided to now refuse any refund and tell me I’m stuck with what I have. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They are nothing but a scam

The software on the website is junk. Also, it says I can go back and review my past exams but you can't. Don't waste your money on this course.

This company is completely. disorganized. I took a live class that was horribly disorganized (Z the instructor was awesome, but the process was a mess). Now when I log into their website to take an online course it shows I have never taken any courses from them, no order history, nothing!!! Now I have to sign up with a different company to get my hours what a waste of money DO NOT USE THEM

Don't waste your time on the courses. They're just someone reading the highlighted sections of the book in the most monotone voice you can imagine. No context or anything helpful is provided. The tabbed and highlighted books are valuable and the practice exams familiarize you with how to look stuff up in the books.

I was very apprehensive about using a training source for the contractor exam. I am so happy I decided to go with Contractor Training Center. They have helped me every step of the way and answered all of my questions. Kelly Boswell was so helpful and responsive. She really went out of her way to make sure I was confident and comfortable with the steps in the process for taking the test and getting my License. The course material is phenomenal, I was able to pass the business and law portions of the exam on the first try!

I had issues not receiving a book and it was something outside of the CTC'c direct control. However the staff and owner of CTC went out of their way to help me as best as possible. I passed the exam and am very satisfied.

While the site contains a lot of info it is poorly organized, the videos connected to the books can be hard to follow along with, and I even had to ask for videos that I was missing. The practice exams aren't all multiple choice, like the real exam. I am prepping for the NASCLA exam and it uses 22 books, I need a practice exam to help prepare me to know what book to turn to.... Each practice exam is organized by book, so I don't have to think about that aspect of a question. I have yet to take the test so maybe I'll feel differently if I can pass it after one time...

This course and the content helped me pass the NASCLA exam on the first try. The test taking tips were great, and the practice exam questions were really helpful.

I signed up for the Business Law exam for S.C. online course due to me not understanding the language of the book and the test. The previous online studies I have taken for this were different than the test and i failed the first time around. The course helped me understand the language and how to find the answers in the book. The tidbit they have at the end on the sample tests are worth their weight in gold. It works and I'll leave it at that from the two exams I took. I had an hour left over after answering all the questions and it gave me time just to go over the exam. Thank again!!!

CTC has done a great job in developing the course material, tabs for books and online presentations. It’s absolutely worth it. I would like to thank CTC for helping me obtain approval from the state to take my exam. I failed 1/2 sections of my exam because I took the exam "my way" by attempting to answer all questions on my first pass and come back to my marked responses. I notified CTC and Jim accepted me into his webinar and set me straight with great pointers. I followed their recommendations and tips passed my final section. CTC has the resources necessary to pass the exam, follow their recommendations and all will be well. Thanks again CTC!

I passed the NASCLA with the help of CTC and Jim Mc Rady and the team @ CTC. Now I am working with Jordan Cabell to get licensed in several states covered by NASCLA. I had a great experience with Contractor Training Center. I started this journey back in 2020, before the pandemic hit. As a result, my plans were placed on hold and I only started studying again at the beginning of the year. They extended my access to the online content at no extra charge. Don't expect them to give you answers to the exam but, instead, teach you how to navigate through the books. Jordan is simply great: always ready to help and quick to answer her emails. My husband passed both the Business and Law and NASCLA exams on the first try, and Contractor Training Center made a significant contribution to his success! We purchased their tabbed and highlighted book collection, attended the online webinar class (which includes a large amount of very helpful digital resources), and a private 1-on-1 tutor session.
