They are not refunding your remaining credit balance, I requested a refund weeks ago and nothing is happening. Their chat "support" is just a chatbot. Even after writing them an email to finally refund my balance, they have just copy pasted a generic response in which they state the process of getting a refund, which I have done multiple times.
