I am really fed up with companies bombarding customers with requests - from a no-reply email address, for a review days after delivery. For something like 4 pairs of Comfyballs knickers, I would need to wear and wash a few times before commenting. However good the product might be, I am not going to give a glowing review until the product has been tried and tested. It is becoming a real disincentive to purchase from you again. One star. UPDATE 02/02/2024 Having used and washed the Comfyballs underwear several times, I can confirm that they wash well, dry quickly and are very comfortable to wear. I am particularly impressed with the design, having a printed wash instruction (rather than a scratchy tab), and an exterior size label. However, as others have mentioned, their sizing instruction could do with an update. On the cusp of small into medium, I followed the advice to order larger, and they don't exactly fall down, but are not nearly as snug as I would like. No great problem, but given the opportunity to order again with a 30% discount code, their website failed. Error code 524, made worse by their website putting a dark red back banner over the information, making it impossible to read. The knickers are great, shame about the website and ordering process. Not willing to change the * rating.

Getting more difficult to find button front Jersey boxers these days so thought I'd try these comfyballs. Ordered 6 pairs in cotton long. After several days I must admit these are the most uncomfortable I have ever worn. And at £25.99 a pair they are the most expensive I have ever purchased. Front pouch has the seems on the inside which irritate the sacks. And the legs ride up a while sitting. Maybe just not for me, but an expensive mistake.

The comfy bit works, just not sure how the elastic in the waist will stand up. Might come back and upgrade to 5 stars after a few washes.
