Good quality,jacket and very pleased with it ,disappointed with delivery charges then to have to return at more cost then to re order , so before I actually purchased I had spent £12 so any saving I thought I was saving turned into an expense..

Waited over 2 weeks for delivery. Never received the item. No attempt to deliver as I was on site every day and no one was ever seen. Still waiting on a refund but don't have high hopes that will be with me anytime soon if this is how they operate.

Im always the first on Trustpilot to leave a negative review when I have an all too often bad customer experience; I rarely receive a good enough experience to warrant leaving a good review.... however I've got to say the customer service at Tiki Surf (Especially at the Braunton shop) is awesome. Bought quite a lot of stuff from them over the years and always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. Just had a n issue with a Dry-robe that bought and they could not have been any more helpful in resolving it. Thank you Tiki.

Very good experience, I ordered a coat and the delivery was super fast. It unfortunately had a faulty zip so I requested a replacement, which was shipped before they had even received the original one back. Very good customer service.
