Zachary helped to turn a dream, into reality, into life long memories for my family. Zachary planned our entire trip, to another country, 3 cities, 5 flights, an all inclusive resort, 3 different hotel stays, hotel transports, bus transportation, even a hot air balloon ride! I should mention, he did this with only three months notice! Zachary was so accommodating and professional, I had him revise our itinerary three times! His response time was quick and he was very helpful. He made great recommendations for excursions for my family of four. (2 adults, 2 children ages 12 and 8) and did all the "leg work" to book them. The only thing we had to do was show up and have fun! Zachary communicated with us throughout the trip. This was helpful especially when a flight was canceled during the global Microsoft outage.
