Good price, has good warranty, delivery via DHL was very fast with NO further payments required through UK customs. Watch is working well, very pleased with it, picks up DCF77 radio signal very well. Yes! it is a German company but that is made very clear. Price is same as on Amazon. Communications with Timeshop was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Don't be fooled by the .co.uk address, they are a German company with not even an office or telephone number in the UK. Be aware, they will not honour your UK online customer rights.

I ordered a slate clock, which was very original and unique. I hadnt seen one of these anywhere else. When it came I was thrilled with it. It looks great on my wall. The delivery was well informed for each step of the way. I could not fault the communication regarding delivery. Thank you Timeshop. Amazing company.

I love the Watch and very happy with it. I would have prefered the Watch to be wrapped in some type of clear wrapping, to show it was spanking brand new untouched out of the box. Sadly it had no clear wrapping on it at all, when I opened the plastic cylinder, and saw the Watch not covered in a clear type of plastic wrapping, made it look second hand. And the delivery took ages which was annoying, but that was not Timeshop4you fault.

Clock arrived within a couple of days of ordering. It was very securely packed, very easy to fit the pendulum, the clock looks stunning in our new home.

Paid for, but not received! my father bought a watch from this company in April, when the box arrived there was no watch inside! I have been trying for months to get a refund, no one has contacted me with an option until yesterday. They e mailed to say the box was delivered so now the case is closed! I am very unhappy with the response, my father is elderly and this customer care is terrible,

I did a lot of research before buying our AMS pendulum wall clock from timeshop4you. There was a UK solution that was going to charge £40 for delivery because we live 15 miles NW of Inverness or a German solution that was going to charge me only £5 all the way from Osnabrück. The clock was also cheaper from Timeshop4you so I decided to try them despite knowing there would be import duties when it arrived. It duly arrived within a week and was extremely well packaged. The instructions that came with the clock were not specifically for the clock we had so we had to figure out how the pull down lever worked that controls the chimes. We were even more relived once we had mounted it on the wall and worked out how to synchronise the hands with the chimes. It took a couple of weeks adjustment to the length of the pendulum but but now it's keeping time very nicely. You don't pay VAT when you buy your clock, that's added by Border Force along with a fixed £12 clearance fee when it goes through customs. For some bizarre reason they charged VAT at 25% and not 20% on our clock. I eventually found the form I needed to claim the overpayment back on the Gov.uk website. The best way to find it is just put the name of the form into Google BOR286 and the first item in the returned search takes you right to it. Fill in the form and then wait a couple of weeks and you'll get that 5% refund. So all in all, although we did worry about buying from Timeshop4you we ended up pleasantly surprised and better off.
