Joined Vantage resources just over a year ago. I have worked in a few industries in my life and have found the Vantage crew extremely supportive and energetic. Every issue I have have encountered as of yet, no matter if it is big or small, I have found them very willing to face head on and stick to the outcomes. I hope to move up in my current employment and know this will mean leaving the umbrella of Vantage and that is slightly daunting.
