Really quick delivery and perfect product.

I was extremely disappointed by the service as my sending address was different (and clearly defined) to my billing address (I checked the confirmation). However, the item was sent to my billing address. Therefore, to get it to the appropriate place I had to pay to resend it. Such a ridiculous error.
