I was delighted to be able to use a company such as this during lockdown to order a present for someone, unfortunately the twin bottle set i ordered was not what was delivered, a cheaper wine was delivered, which came to my attention when the recipient sent me a photo. i rang the company and spoke to Will, who was apologetic and charming and assured me he was mortified and would resolve the issue and several communications later this still not has happened. I feel now wary as a gift card was included ,do they think its easy to pass off cheaper wine to the reciepient. Buyer beware!!!!!!

Ordered and paid for bottle of whiskey. Got call to say what I had ordered was out of stock. All very helpful, but didn't get what I had paid for!

Purchased 2 bottles of whiskey, but was informed shortly after they were not in stock. Refund followed shortly after, dissapointed as had to look elswhere, however staff were apologetic and helpful...would return as a customer though for this reason.
